A Non refundable down payment (1/4 of purchase price) is needed to hold a horse. The down payment will be applied to purchase price. Horses will not leave the property until paid in full. If a Coggins and Vet Papers are needed for transport this will be at buyers expense in addition to purchase price. I can haul the horse in to my local Vet (who is quite reasonable) or your choice of local Vet for only the price that they (the Vet) actually charges, no charge from me for hauling in to the appt. (so will save on farm call) Pre-purchase exam can be arranged at buyers expense.

I might be willing to do trades but most likely not horses. Quality horse hay, tractor, fencing supplies, round pen, firearms, Wall tent or similar, 4 wheeler or dirtbike, decent tires for Ford truck, tractor work in my pastures clearing/brushhogging blackberries, economical vehicle or small truck, what do you got to trade??, it might be just what I could use? |
